Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 26, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days for sealed, unused items in original packaging with receipt.

2. Process

• Email support@foreveryoungarabia.com with your order number and reason.

• Use the Returns Portal link we email you.

• Ship back to Beirut at your own cost (unless item is faulty).

3. Refunds

• Items are inspected upon return.

• Approved refunds processed within 5 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our error).

4. Exclusions

• Opened products, perishables, gift cards, clearance items.

• Misuse or damage by the customer.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are treated like returns.

• Place a new order; return credit applies.

6. Faulty Items

• Report issues within 48 hours.

• We will replace, repair, or refund.

• Shipping covered by us for faulty products.
