No. Every FYA enrollment requires a fresh blood panel coordinated through FYA and processed by an approved accredited laboratory. This keeps testing methods, clinical review, and follow-up comparisons consistent.
We re-test every 120 days and rebuild your protocol around the new numbers.
At the end of every 120-day cycle we run a new lab panel, Dr. Kaufman reviews the updated numbers, and your formula is automatically adjusted to match them — you do not need to request it or re-order a different product. The re-test and the re-formulation are both included in your plan, so your cost does not increase after 120 days. There is no separate testing fee, no re-formulation fee, and no price change at renewal.
Your required initial protocol is $400 and includes blood collection, laboratory testing, physician review, your first 30 personalized sachets and private portal access. After 30 days, the membership automatically continues at $250 per month until cancelled. The Day-120 retest and formula recalibration are included.
