Refund & Returns Policy

Effective date: 26 June 2025

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days for sealed, unused items in their original packaging, with receipt.

Process

• Contact support by email with your order number and reason.
• Use the Returns Portal link sent to you.
• Ship items back to Beirut at your expense, unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

Items are inspected on arrival. Once approved, refunds are processed within five business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover opened products, perishables, gift cards, clearance items, or goods damaged through customer misuse.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. You place a new order, and the return credit is applied accordingly.

Faulty Items

Report defects within 48 hours of discovery. We will replace, repair, or refund the item, and shipping is covered by us for faulty products.
